• Computer is worked on at my office
• Arrangements are made to deliver the computer to your business or home
• Payment is due upon delivery of the computer

• I discuss your issue on the phone to find out what the problem may be
• I arrive and begin diagnosing the problem and working on a solution to solve it
• Response time is as soon as possible and relevant to the scope of the problem
• If the job cannot be fixed at your office or home, the computer is taken off-site and is charged at the off-site rates

• Advertisements popping up all the time, even when you're not browsing the web.
• Programs in your taskbar saying you have Spyware. Clicking on the ballon that pops up tells you to buy $30-$90 worth of software to fix it.
• Program startup is very slow.
• Running low on virtual memory errors.
• Antivirus is unable to function.
• Windows is not Genuine messages.
